On the board after TRIO, but I have already started tinkering.

And for now, that's all I'm going to tell you!

Did you use the computer for some of the station layout?

I built a simple 3D model, then added the surface details by hand, when I drew it.

The stars, as in the STAR TREK books I did, are added with Photoshop. (So much less messy than spattering white paint with a brush!!)

That station looks very busy with ships coming in and going out.

As much as I love your super hero stuff, JB; your sci-fi stories have been a real treat. I'm glad you and IDW "found" each other.

Y'know, it's a statement I could not have imagined myself making even as little as ten years ago, but thanks to IDW encouraging me to "branch out" I am really finding myself wanting to explore more and more idioms OTHER than superheroes.

Most of you are aware I have a long standing love of sci-fi, and have nurtured for years the desire to try my hand at a Western, but these usually seemed like second or third choices after the capes and the powers. These days, not so much!

I cannot imagine a day when I will ever turn my back on superheroes entirely -- the love runs too deep! -- but I CAN imagine a time, not to far away, when the usual equation will reverse, and it will be the superheroes who take up the smaller part of my adventures at the drawing board.

I figured it out, JB. You're doing a graphic novel of Journey's Greatest Hits!

"Wheel in the sky keep on turnin'..."

JB, when you do starscapes do you make any effort to get close to how the real stars might look?

Man Rob, I'm not qualified to make a diagnosis on JBs sanity but...That way madness lies!
