Well my first pet was a dog named Lady and I lived on 235th west, so I think I'm disqualified.

If you took the most recent, I would be Snoopy Grant, which would work quite well.

My 1st dog was named Pugie (we didn't name him!!), so I'll go with my 2nd dog--
Charlie Carlisle (I chose my 1st address, rather than my current address-- Charlie SMALL would be a hideous porn name!)
