Jim Warden suggested I create something
specifically to be sold on eBay. This is it. 10x14.5

Zowie!  Excellent!

JB, are the "corner heads" (or whatever I should be calling them) drawn from scratch, or are those original-vintage, cut and pasted?  If you redrew them, they're VERY close to what I remember from the UXM covers of my youth.

JB - when doing a recreation this close to the original, do you mark it or change it in some way to differentiate the two (original and recreation)?

BTW - Very nice!

*cry* Why is always when I have no money!

That is just beautiful...

Oh, and notice how Wolverine's claws come out of the back of his hand and not BETWEEN HIS FINGERS!! I've read exactly two X-Men comics in my entire life, and even I knew that.

(And, no, it's not because I hate the X-Men. I just never got into them, like I did Superman/JLA).

Corner Symbol -- drawn on the piece

Changes from Original -- lots! Some deliberate.

Are you planning on doing any more of these, JB? And/or would you be open to trying new takes on old covers? I've always wanted to see the cover of Uncanny X-Men #141 through Wolverine's/Kate's POV.
