A variety of songs from "40 Years of NFL Films", a best of compilation I downloaded from iTunes over the weekend.  Great stuff.

I think "Hollaback Girl" is the worst song ever, mostly because it is such a step down for Gwen Stefani. She peaked with "Don't Speak" and every song she's done since (especially without No Doubt) has been worse than the last.

Thanks to John Mietus' "Worst Song" thread, I now have "We Built This City" by Starship stuck in my head.

Also, "This shit is bananas.  B-A-N-A-N-A-S" is inspired lyric writing.  Thanks to that, I'll never forget how to spell "Bananas" again.

Wow, just mentioned "Humps" and "Hollaback Girl" in the worst song ever thread, and now I see both mentioned within a couple of posts in this thread.

The video for "Hollaback" was pretty much exactly as you might imagine from the lyrics and music.

In my mind now, "It's all over now, Baby Blue" from Bob Dylan.

"Taking It All Too Hard," by Genesis.  Probably because I just read a Genesis-related post in the "Worst By the Best" thread.

"This is the theme to Garry's Show,
 The theme to Garry's show.
Garry called me up and asked if I would write his theme song.
 I'm almost halfway finished,
How do you like it so far,
How do you like the theme to Garry's Show?

This is the theme to Garry's Show,
The opening theme to Garry's show.
This is the music that you hear as you watch the credits.
We're almost to the part of where I start to whistle.
 Then we'll watch 'It's Garry Shandling's Show'.

This was the theme to Garry Shandling's show."

"London Bridge" by Fergie (of the Black-Eyed Peas and Kids Inc.)  Easily as stupid a song as "Hollaback Girl" and "My Humps", which means I'll probably like it in about a week.

If I could figure out how I'd cut and paste the lyrics here, because they have to be read to be believed.  In leiu of that, here's a link:
