I have WYSIWYG enabled but I cannot do things like use Ctrl-I to make text italic, for example, all of the sudden. This is from my PC, not a handheld device. If I click on the italics button in the editor, a box opens into which I can type the desired text, and then it appears in the message pane with html tags attached.

Seems like a rich text issue. Any ideas how to fix? I am using Internet Explorer.

Still getting this error when I try to start a new topic:

*****
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

Hi Michael,

I'll check it out. I haven't heard of any other complaints. Can you post what browser/OS you are using? Thanks.

Hi Jeff, and thanks very much for the reply.

I normally use Chrome, but I tried creating a thread through Firefox and Internet Explorer, and all three generated the same error message.

Thanks for the help,

Michael
