We heard it was coming. Great to see it. After fighting off the Red Skull in your other recent Cap commission I just naturally figure he goes after Golgotha next.

That looks awesome. Golgotha is a great design. The only thing better than a skull in a jar is a Nazi skull in a jar!
It does seem to be begging for a companion piece with Torch of Liberty leaping in from the left side of the page at the Red Skull, though...

I could try and guess but I do not think you'll tell and I like the surprise. Incidentally, I believe you said the smaller ones take less than a day and the stand alone figures a couple of hours, have you ever done two commissions in one day?

Not fully. I finished this one this morning, and will
probably do the next one this afternoon. If I had done
the Cap/Golgotha one entirely today, I would take the
rest of the day (however long that was) off.

Golgotha was the Red Skull/Doctor Doom/Humongous avatar for my TORCH OF LIBERTY series, which appeared as a backup in DANGER UNLIMITED. He also made a menacing appearance in the lead feature. The name comes from the hill where the Romans in Paletstine used to execute prisoners. I means "the place of the skull".

That's a great commission, JB. Only a master can make a skull in a jar seem menacing!
