Oh my how cool is this! I love it when I see my favorite story lines in these commissions. Thanks to John and the consignor for my big Sunday morning grin!

Weapon Alpha!  My Favorite! That's a great way to start the day!  I really miss you on those titles.

An amazing piece JB. I have to say these Wolverine images are some of the best I've ever seen you do. I've been thinking about the next commission I buy being Cyclops, but these Wolverine shots are making think otherwise.

Wow.  I want it.  I love Guardian, and this was a fantastic idea.  Thanks for sharing, it was a great way to start my morning.

WOW!!!!

This one is definitively one of my favorite commissions I've seen so far. I love the way each character is depicted. I especially love how Colossus looks in this one. I'm fond of the larger divisions on his organic steel musculature that makes each large muscle looks very slick and somehow rounder.
I also love Cyclops here! I always wanted to be Cyclops when I grow up. Looking at this piece gives me that exact same feeling of admiration and inspiration I used to get went I was reading those UNCANNY X-MEN issues that made me a lifelong fan.

Wolverine, well as always under JB's pencils, brushes and markers, he blowes me away each time. The "real" Wolverine is JB's Wolverine. Nuff said.

Guardian is perfect here too! So spectacular, in pure perfect JB style glory that makes the human body look so great. Grandeur is what shines from JB's work.

And of course I love that amazingly detailed forest background! The way JB draws forests and plants and stones has always been one of the things I love the most about his style.

Thank you so much for sharing those wonderful commissions with your fans here Mr. Byrne!

I agree with Paul, Wolverine, rarely looks better than at your hands, JB, and especially of late.

A direct comment to Paul: If you're considering a Wolverine commision, why not have a fighting piece with Sabretooth? Remember how utterly fantastic JB's latest interpretation of him was (in the Iron Fist vs. Sabretooth image). A Wolverine vs. Sabretooth piece by Byrne would be the ultimate fighting image between those two, methinks.
Just a poor person's suggestion, freely given and almost without any "hidden" agendas [apart from the obvious one of wanting to see such a picture, but that's so obvious it cannot be considered a "hidden" agenda, right? ;)]
