Tremendous Ditko feel to the background and that many-eyed creature at the bottom. Love it!

What Brian Hunt said. Good to see Talisman again. Nice work of course, Mr. Byrne.

Very nice....I notice the smaller breasts on Talisman (hey, most artists tend to draw them exact same size all the time, and Alpha Flight was a good chance for you to provide a variety). And say, Scarlet Witch's face looks a bit different to me than usual. Was this a conscious decision?

JB:

You honestly do the best depictions of any company character. Is that a mutant power???

And the women you draw!!!!

>sigh< I hope some day I will be able to ask for a comission

Stunning! Wow -- I'm "wowed" because I woulda' never thought to
commission those characters and yet I'm staggered by how great this piece
is...

JB, I know you've stated your lack of enjoyment working on Alpha Flight but
do you get any extra sense of pride or a tiny thrill that someone would
commission a character you created like Talisman?

***

The thrill comes when I look at a piece like this and realize that a character created by li'l ol' me is on "equal footing" with a character created by Lee and Kirby. In other words, Talisman is just as "real" in the MU as Wanda, or the Hulk, or the Thing, or the X-Men ---- Now THAT'S a hoot and a half!

What an interesting pairing. Makes one wishful for an Alpha/Avengers
crossover.

I was expecting Wanda, but not Ms. Twoyoungmen.  It's nice to see her again.

Very nice! I especially like that the two women have such distinctive facial features. I can certainly tell which witch is which, but which witch would I chose... Hmmmm. There's the rub. ;-)

I have the distinct pleasure of calling this one my own; again i'd like to thank JB for doing such a fantastic job, it is a beautiful commission and came out better than I could have hoped.

The main thrust behind my request was to have Scarlet Witch and another female magic user; I think Talisman is the perfect choice. I like that she is a JB created character and in this pairing I get the best of the Avengers and Alpha Flight.

It is hard to decide when they both have their mouths open like that.
