I like the balance between the dark hair and the dark footstool.

Wow - those cool creators at current Marvel really have a handle on characterization, don't they?

In their probably ill-advised defense, the comic is a comedy. It even borrows the self-aware jokes from the JB runs, as the law firm uses actual Marvel comics to help prepare their defenses.

Great job, JB.  The "feel" of the hair and the cushion really stand out.

[Edited to correct an accidental "s" in there.]

I'd like to speak in favor of the current She-Hulk. The I Married a Man-Wolf story was pretty fun. It didn't take itself seriously and Dan Slott has a good kack at using Marvel continuity to further his stories. Plus it involved She-Hulk inside the mind of Thanos battling for her life!

The Juggernaut sex scene occured in X-Men. Over in She-Hulk, Dan Slott tried to retcon it as a symptom of She-Hulk's instability from ignoring her human side once she regained the capability to change back. Or something to that effect. But more or less it was the X-Men writer deciding to show how cool his newly reformed Juggernaut was by having him sleep with She-Hulk. (Such a completely stupid story. Ugh.)

Reminds me of the first major battle I had to fight when I took over WONDER WOMAN. There was another writer who wanted his character to, ahem, deflower Diana, in his book, because, you know, his character was just that cool.

You would not think that pointing out that such an important and significant event in Wonder Woman's life should happen in her book, and at the discretion of her writer would turn into a battle -- but it did.

Ah, well. At least I won that one.

One wonders if there are any more She Hulk commissions currently on the list.
