JB, how about "Baron of Bamf"?

My title is an F TROOP reference.

Ok, while I'm not the biggest of F Troop fans, I thought I knew it fairly well.....

How is the title a reference to F Troop??

By the way, I really like the drawing!

Edit:  Never mind, I remember now.  Burglar of Banff.  duh.

Larry Storch played Agarn's identical cousin, who
was known as "The Burglar of Banff". Banff is a
township in western Alberta, about 60 miles from
where I lived in Calgary. Despite the spelling,
people tend to pronounce the name "Bamf" -- tho on
F TROOP it was pronounced, for comic effect, as
Banph-ph.

With the possible exception of Alan Davis, JB draws the best Nightcrawler.

**********

The late Dave Cockrum always drew a great Nightcrawler, too.

Thanks for sharing, JB. Nightcrawler was my favorite X-Man and I love this commission.

Ah, F Troop. Sorry, it's been more than 20 years since I saw any.

JB, is this as 'straight standing' as you ever wanted to draw
Nightcrawler?

I seem to remember you commenting that too many artists draw
him standing upright...

Kurt almost seems to want to go into a crouch or bent position in that comission. Or he's making an effort to stand upright.
