The Kitty statue gets an A for the concept of displaying her phasing powers. C for making her too mature looking and hippy in the caboose.

I don't get the demand for the Astonishing-era Kitty. Visually, she's
uninteresting. If Lockheed weren't on her shoulders, she's just a
generic girl in an X-Men uniform. The Classic Kitty was in a standard
uniform, but at least you could tell who she was. I'd rather see Bowen
do the Excalibur-era Shadowcat.

I know the owner of the sketch, he is a BIG Kitty and Lockheed fan and
would be thrilled if Bowen made a statue based on it.

I started a thread devoted to John's work on my site...

I'd appreciate anyone who's had positive experiences getting commissions from John to let our members know!
Thanks
Al

Added this one to my collection this week. She should look good next to Superman and Batman.

What's the deal with the Flash figures always being bulked up? Almost every Flash I've ever seen is too muscular, IMO.
