The Joe love continues.  Torpedo. The auction ended yesterday and this just showed up in the mail. I officially love the seller and he and I will be having little toy collectors together.

••

I'll stick with the bust.

Don't know how many JBF members are fans of the 1960's Toho SF/Fantasy movies, but I noticed that the latest Diamond Previews catalog (July for Sept 2009) is offering a die-cast version of the flying undersea warship Atragon for $199.99.

Picture from CollectionDX.com

Funny thing is, HobbyLink Japan is currently offering both Regular & Limited Edition versions of the same die-cast model at 40% off!

Once the piece has been molded a couple of times, and painted black, we'll be lucky if folks don't complain that he's:too lean...

You're right, the pose is pretty much the same as the bust, but I assure you, it's a different 'sculpt'. WE'll see bout slightly changing one of the arm positions, but I feel he's pretty much: there.
