All great stuff, guys.

I've been waiting for this to arrive when I got the scan. Here is my Ed McGuinness commission.

Here's another small scan. This also came in the mail today. Fed Ex package and USPS package. I feel like the luckiest boy in the whole world.

Sweet McKone piece.  He is on my short list of people I would like to get a commission from.

Looks like everyone's finding gifts in their mailboxes this week:

Crystal by George Perez:

(Digital pic, not a scan, the original isn't so dark!)

You know, it's tough to top a day when a piece of George Perez art shows up in the old mailbox.

Life sure doesn't suck when a George Perez piece shows up in the mail.

Is it me or is that Crystal pic a little distorted?

DC Comics Presents #43, pg 22

Pencils by Curt Swan, inks by Dave Hunt

Mongul has unleashed a Sun-Eater on the 20th Century, and Legionnaires Brainiac 5, Element Lad, Shadow Lass, Sun Boy, Cosmic Boy, and one of my favorites, Wildfire go back in time to come to Superman's aid. This scan really does not do this page justice: Swan's work is exemplary--especially the very fine detail on the small images of the Legionnaires. I love this story: from the call-back to one of the best Legion stories via the Sun-Eater to the establishment of Mongul as a major Superman villain, this one has it all!
