That is one of the best Power Girl drawings I have ever seen. I almost double-checked to make sure it wasn't Wally Wood!

Me next with the sharing of the Kubert sketches!

You know it's a good day when you arrive home after work and find a personalized sketch by an artisitc legend in your mailbox. Asked for and received this beautiful SA Hawkgirl. So glad I took advantage of this offer.

Dan, when did you place your order? I will be 3 weeks this Wednesday and I'm trying to gage how much longer to bite my nails in anticipation. ;)

Fred- ordered my Kubert book and sketch by phone on Friday Jan 18th. They mentioned he'd likely create the piece on the following Tuesday. I think my card was charged for the purchase right after that and here it is today on the 28th.

Incredibly fast turnaround I'd say.

Dan,

That is a beautiful sketch! I think we'll all look back one day and be grateful we had this opportunity. I'm number 92, so it shouldn't be too much longer for mine to arrive!!

The  Byrnerobotics crew were really well represented in this fund raiser. I wonder how many total Kubert sketches were commissioned from board members?

Dan, that Hawkgirl is a beauty! Looking at these Kubert sketches can never get old.

No one draws the Hawks like Joe Kubert. I will be sorry to see it all end at 100. And you are right the forum is well represented. Several forum members got more than one from Joe

Sweet Hawkgirl there, Dan. Another superb Kubert to the count. We should probably try a headcount once Kubert's done all the 100 pieces to see how many actually belong to JBF:ers. My guess would be a high percentage. Congrats to everyone who got one (or more). :)

And that's a mighty fine Wrightson Batman you got there, Ari. I just love how he draws Batman. I really love that issue of his run on Swamp Thing which featured Batman. On my dream list of JB commission would be a totally re-imagined cover JB version for that issue (or alternatively for the issue with werewolf in it). A man can dream, right.
