That’s a powerful Galactus drawing!

Why is Thor there? And how big is he? :-)

When I saw the piece by Kirby the first time, I thought that it was a sin
that it was not inked properly.

The same happened with the following piece by Zeck. It only existed in
pencil form and as a color painting by Zimmelman, but it was not inked.
When I find it in the Zeck Sketchbook, it begged to be inked by his
ultimate embellisher, Bob McLeod.

I asked McLeod to feel free with the piece and embellish whatever he felt
necessary. As you can see, IMHO, he did a terrific job. I just hope you like
this piece, too.

You'll find a larger image
here.

And in my blog I posted a "making
of" the piece, and I posted the color image.

Hi Gerry! A pleasure to post here!

Although you're the master of comissions! Your new one is also a good
sample of it. Congrats!

(I didn't know that you were from Scotland...)

Thanks!

I didn't know that you liked Sienkiewicz, too!

I suppose that we have different focus. I understand the joy of
comissions, but I'm afraid that I don't have the patience for it.

But to own original artwork made for you like some fantastic pieces you
show on your CAF gallery, it must be an incredible feeling!

BTW, this is the latest piece I'm waiting for:

A dream come true! The only page surfaced from my favourite comic ever!
And not any page, a KEY page!

A pity that I had to sacrifice the comission of Sienki that I owned. But it
was worth!

Nice Vokes interpretation of King Kong, Gerry. Though I have to admit that I'm slightly amused about the fact that single biggest figure in the montage isn't Kong, but the girl.
