Love that Conrete piece, Wilson.
And a mighty fine Sal Defenders page there, David!
A wee bit jealous of both of you! ;)

Thanks Mr. Farley, I think I'll keep her for a while longer, still can't get her to cook a steak dinner though.
Dave.

Justice League of America #208, pg 8
Pencils by Don Heck, inks by Sal Trapani
I loved this story when I was a kid--epic scope, great team-up! I think Heck's DC work is sometimes underrated, but I always enjoyed it. Nice page featuring the characters of three worlds. Forgive this scan--it doesn't quite do it justice (pardon the pun).

To me the only problem with Don Heck was that he followed George Perez. I remember thinking as a kid how disappointed I was that George was gone. Nice page Lloyd.

Unfortunately, Mr. Dillon passed away. He was great. Definitely my Justice League of America artist as a youngster. It'd be nice to pick up one of his pages sometime. There was a nice one up thread.

Unfortunately, Don Heck was overlooked in the later years up until his death. Though if you look at his time both on JLA and Wonder Woman leading up to Crisis, he still had a beauty to his figures....Brian Morris
