I may take advantage of that sketchbook and sketch deal. My birthday's coming up (I'll be 39 on the 18th), so I should have some extra cash to spend fairly soon (I get money instead of presents). Haven't bought any art lately due to health issues taking up a chunk of my extra cash.

Nice pics this page, so far. I'm a huge Godzilla fan (though that one looks more like Tri-Star's to me), and Mark Bright's work on Iron Man was great.

Toby, -super- Bright piece.  Why do I think you didn't have to wait a year and a half for it.

Brian, you are correct, but Ricardo was involved with the Jan DeBont's aborted Tri-Star version and not the Dean Devlin one.

I went ahead and ordered the book and sketch deal from Chris Giarrusso and asked for Captain America.

Congrats, Brian. I don't think you'll be disappointed with Chris G. Plus the comics are a hoot!

Toby, I love the Mark Bright piece. He is one of my favorite GL artists. His Iron Man was pretty good too!

Excellent stuff there, Toby & Charlie!

Thanks JPB!  One of the joys of these autograph sketches was never knowing what I was going to get (and if they asked, I usually replied "artist's choice").  Pity that these have become very rare occurances as of late (long gone are the days when I'd be asked by the artists if it was okay if they drew something go with the autograph).
