Great issue, it was nice to see the team mostly together before being ripped apart so quickly (literally, in Puck's case).  Was something different done with the printing, JB?  The inking and lettering are so different from the first issue, everything seems...heavier?  Larger lettering for sure.

I must have spent an hour staring at the Bullpen page the first time I saw it.  Being so new to buying comics I probably only recognized about half of the heroes.  It's still a classic, I'd love to have it in poster size or own the original art.

Ah, the beginnings of the Master storyline!  What a great spin on a typical alien race conquest theme.  I remember being shocked that such a fragile looking thing like Marrina could disembowel Puck.  The fact that he says "help me" showed a different side to this brawler we met an issue ago.

Great issue. My favorite was the beginning of the origins of Alpha Flight. Read this and was excited to know that we would learn how each member got their powers.

Excellent issue. I liked the back up story with the origin of Guardian. Snowbird reminded me of WWI Wonder Woman.
