20x30 inches. What turned out to be "Doom Week" comes to an end!

Great idea for a commission! I'd love to read the story behind that one.

Nice Kirby-esque platform Doom is standing on.

This single commission of Superman and the FF gave me more goosebumps than the whole oversized (like the Alex Ross painted albums) Superman Vs FF by Dan Jurgens some years back. Now, if JB had done the crossover comic in that format ...

Besides being just plain cool to look at, is it that Superman actually knocks rocks off the Thing?

Incredible commission! GREAT.

Now THIS would be a Superman/Fantastic4 book I would read!

Wow!

Brilliant!

and JB -
how much input from the commissioner did you get as a starting point?

WOW!!! JB that is about 100 times better than I had hoped for!

Everyone, I asked for Superman vs. the FF with Doom in there...JB came up with the idea of having Doom actually controlling Superman on the platform (see how Doom's actions are the same as Superman's?). I LOVE how this has a whole story behind it...

Great commission; I don't think the Fantastic Four have much of a chance.

It took me a moment to realize what's going on there and when I did I
realized it's very bad news for our heros.

Since I'm only familiar with a handful of his appearances, I've not seen
Doom employ such a device. Was this mechanism inspired by a particular
issue or storyline?

Wow; great idea and great execution!

This would make a great story plot. Dr. Doom takes over Superman's body and sends him after the FF? I'd buy that comic in a heartbeat!

If this were the cover of a comic, I would buy it without hesitation and without even flipping through the pages to confirm whether or not I wanted it.

Congrats, Joel!

Once the danger involved "clicked," I definitely felt a desire to see the rest
of the story.

The Kirby-looking platform is what made me think it might be inspired by
an earlier Dr. Doom plot.

I like how the platform that Doom is standing on is breaking the border. It adds an extra cool dimension to the piece!
