Awesome, Marvel Two in One was my first experience with Deathlok and this commission rocks!

A John Byrne-drawn Deathlok comic written by Dwayne McDuffie would be a treat!

The only version of Deathlok that there should have been.
I think he and Warlock are probably the main characters at Marvel that have gone through the most incarnations (Possibly include Machine Man in there as well). At the rate they get messed with they could be at DC!

For Bruce - Deathlok was a bloke called Luther Manning.

Cool! I like that Clint is stepping outside of the traditional monsters and going full-bore into Marvel's unique characters.

The illustration itself is pretty spiffy, too!

This commission is great.  Post-apocalyptic goodness at it's finest.

Corey,

That was maybe my first JB Marvel purchased on the stands too (I filled in a lot of older stuff later).  Great, clean art and a fun story.  JB, great commission!  Back when you were doing those issues, did you like Deathlok?  Doesn't seem like you went back to him later (perhaps he wasn't available).  As a kid, my strongest memory of Deathlok was that, much like The Punisher, I was never sure whether I should think of him as a badguy or a goodguy... he seemed like a badguy and yet he wound up with his own comic book for a time.  Okay, I guess The Joker and others did too, but still...

I have a ton of affection for Deathlok and you've rendered him perfectly.  Really nice job!

Outstanding John and congrats again Clint!  Your Marvel "monsters" collection is awesome.
