The oval as a maple leaf is a nice touch.

Beautiful piece, nice flow for the eye.

I have never seen any other artist do Sasquatch and get him right. I have seen many exceed at getting him soooo wrong.

Nice signature too!

These guys actually look like they're having fun doing what they're doing.  Is it any wonder that Marvel killed them off in a single panel?

Great commission, BTW.  Love it.

"Mac should really should have worn his battle suit."

-Goes to show the depths of Low-quality Editors that work at Mxxxxx these days, letting such an obvious, glaring mistake to see the printed page. The artist really messed up that drawing of Mac. Amateur mistake.

Amazing...

I forgot already that Marvel had done away with them (for now).  I will stop at Tim Horton's today and have a coffee in their memory (and to give congrats on the commissioner of this piece).

It amazes me the time that artist put forth, the detail he put into that picture, the orn costume, the shredded glove, the chest hair in the hole, AND NEVER bothered to research the character enough to know it was a battlesuit he was rendering incorrectly! Don't even get me started on the total lack of editorial direction. Why. or how for that matter,  do they even pull a paycheck?

Or is this just me doing the fanboy schtick?

Again, an awesome piece Mr. Byrne.
