These commissions are getting more ambitious all the time.

And making me miss JB's previous incarnations as a DC/Marvel writer-
artists, less and less.

We're seeing commissions that tell stories, pencils and ink by Byrne!

JB, any particular reason you chose to go left with this piece?  I kept thinking this one was going to be down underneath the Doom piece and expand to the right.

How wrong was I?  It went left and is going up!  This is why I just set the characters and nothing else.  I am sure "my" way would not have looked nearly this amazing.

First, I'm amazed at how JB can stitch this stuff together so well with so little planning and seemingly so little effort.

Second, I can't think of reading a comic of Hulk vs Magneto. I'd love to see JB portray such tale and really run with it.

I like the juxstaposition between the Thing punching his way in from the street and Doctor Strange appearing from another dimension. Looking forward to seeing the completed work. Hope it doesn't give you too much of a headache JB!
