Incidentally, for those who are "keeping score", here's the updated Character Count chart…As of this piece, by the totally arbitrary count, The Enchantress gets her own line.

Seeing these clips are the reasons why I constantly re-read my Marvel Masterworks.

Very nice! I really like these bigger pieces, guess that's why I'm saving up for one! Love the action and fun factor! ______________________________ They are always spectacular . Definitely worth the effort .

As usual, the final piece does not disappoint.

JB - "As to the "Don Heck vibe", this was inked almost entirely with the PITT brush pen, and as I was doing it I was getting a strong Frank Springer vibe. Springer is one of the influences I try to push in my inks, and his line is not unlike Heck's. That may be what you're seeing here." I had no idea Frank Spirnger was one of your influences, cool to know. Can you recall if he ever inked your work? Thanks Casey

Good lord! This is an AMAZING piece JB! Although I think it's unfair that any one human being can put that much on a page and make the composition work. Just not fair.

WOW -- almost didn't see this finished piece!!! Love the interaction between the characters, JB! Always in awe of how you ink the characters so they stand outin a crowded scene like this!!!

Looks great JB. I like how everyone is in action but doing something different. Gives these pieces visual interest beyond the multiple characters (and of course great art).

All the characters have their own personality. That's one of the things I love about it.

Just not fair.•• Once again, I must cede the true mastery here to George Perez. Never ceases to amaze me how he can load up an image, and still have everything come out so perfectly BALANCED.
