Customer asked for Aurora done in the style of the Bishoujo statuettes.

Approx 8.5x11 inches

Very nice, JB.

Being not an artist I was wondering how do you draw the lines along her path of flight?

Only one answer to that, since they are freehand: PRACTICE!

Excellent!  If the bishoujo thing hadnt been mentioned, Id just figure that JBs rendition of Ms. JM Beaubier keeps improving.

The naughty look in her eyes, quintessential Aurora.

Nice drawing, JB. I'll have to look up Bishoujo statuettes, though.

Isn't it cool how a few loopy lines make it look like she's moving at high speed?

Awesome!

Truly YOUR character Mr. Byrne.

I'm not even sure if she exists in the current Marvel universe.

What's more, I'm not even sure I care.

This probably should turn into a series of commissions from the person who commissioned this piece.  I think it would be very interesting to see this style with some of the other Marvel female characters.

I love it, beautiful and graceful.

If the customer would have asked for Aurora done in the style of Suehiro Maruo, it would have been a VERY different commission LOL
