Continuing with science historian James Burke, I am now checking out his series THE DAY THE UNIVERSE CHANGED from 1985.

Kolchak: the Night Stalker Episode 2: Zombie - I found the season set at Half Price books and had to pick it up, definitely an interesting first 2 episodes. Can't wait to finish the set...

Curious phrasing. You make it sound like you want it to be over!

Far from it, I wish I could binge watch it in one sitting but that will have to wait for a free weekend... ;)

Onto Rebels, selected episodes. Ended up including some of the more
pertinent to Ahsoka episodes as I enjoyed the Clone Wars conclusion
so much.

Those final four episodes were a masterpiece, especially SHATTERED

 Starting 30 ROCK (S2)

I blew thru the first season in 2 sittings. This show did not take long to hit it's stride!
Didn't realize Dr. Spaceman and Rachel Dratch had so many appearances early on.

Now watching CONNECTIONS 2 from way back in 1994 and hosted by British science historian James Burke,

It appears that I managed to watch the first and third iterations of this TV series several years ago but completely missed the second. A little repetitive in spots but it still has nuggets of goodness spread throughout the episodes.

Finished Rebels.
As with The Clone Wars, this series started quite young, but finished off
in a place that was quite complicated, looking @ the nature of the force,
not spoon feeding some things to the audience, & dealing with some
pretty heavy topics.

The art improved incredibly through its run as well. While the style
remained the same, the quality of the detail improves a lot.

I like Rebels, although I still have major issues that while the Premise of
Star Wars was that the Jedi were gone, ancient history, Rebels literally
has two, @ times three, Jedi running around with the rebellion a couple
of weeks before Luke gets found. & these were Jedi with abilities way,
way beyond what Luke showed.

So, yes. As with all things Star Wars, I have to park these bits out of my
conscious thought while watching it, & then I can enjoy some really
good Star Wars TV.

Onto the Mandalorian next

A friend mentioned she was marathoning STUDIO 60, and it inspired me to do likewise. Watched the first four tonight.

Finished The Mandalorian - a couple of episodes in the
middle (5 and 6) wander a little bit, but 7 and 8 really
kick it into high gear. Looking forward to season 2.

I've been thinking of starting Stargate SG-1, but still
have season 5 of Babylon 5 to face, er watch. As expected,
I packed that in 4 episodes in, I know I like the back
third, and will bawl like a baby during Sleeping in Light,
but just don't know if I want to continue facing Byron.

Hmm, Stargate SG-1 it may be
