Ha! That's pretty funny, JB.

And Michael hit this one exactly right. It's just a FUN scene..

It's so vibrant.  I think my brain is adding color.

Yes -- I knew going in that this one would be pretty "open". The customer asked for the scene as shown, plus the actions of the characters. That put a limitation on how I could set up shadows and the like. Compare this to the Hulk-vs-FF commission, to see two very different "daytime" shots.

Not that it would necessarily have suited the Titans to be sneaking down a dark alley, either!

But, once again, I also want the regular monthly series that goes with it.

Same here! I really like those early Teen Titans stories...

One of the best that I ever saw in the Forum, the way JB captured the moment, the happy faces just having fun, was really awesome.

I was wondering when the Teen Titans would show up in a commission. Well done JB.

Now this is great!  Look everyone!  This is how it's done, these kids are the TEEN Titans!
I've said this in the past but WOW!  One thing that JB does better than most is drawing teens that look like teens.  Great piece, lots of FUN on this one!

It looks a little like George Perez. The Teen Titans book was entitled The Comic Book here. The picture really looks like The Comic Book.

As soon as I saw the title, before I opened the thread, I said to myself, "Please be Teen Titans, please be Teen Titans...".

Damnit, JB, DC should be banging on your door with fistfuls of cash, begging you to do a Teen Titans monthly!  Apologies if the question's been asked before, but did they ever approach you to take over after George Perez?

This is just the fun thing I needed on this bright sunny Saturday while I'm stuck indoors at my @#$%^&*! job.  Hell, I may even print and color it!  Great work, sir, and congratulations to the lucky commissioner.  Smells like Teen Spirit!
