When I scanned the "Destination Cool" ad for the "Comic Ads & Extras Memory Lane" thread, I was taken aback by how young the Teen Titans characters looked in their original book, as opposed to their current incarnations... Like, they were actually teenagers... Nice to see JB do, that voodoo, that he do, so well.

This piece really hits the nostalgia button for me. It is just a fun piece that makes me smile when I look at it. I particularly like the way Wonder girl came out.

My first thought on seeing the thread title was that it was going to be a Teen Titans commission. Then my brain briefly flirted with the thought that it might be a Legion commission!

I'd love to see a JB Legion piece! That would really rock. Never say never! Somewhere out there a Legion fan exists who want to see Bynre cover them

Now THIS should have been the cover to Teen Titans Year One! What a great piece! As has been said by everyone, FUN is the key word that describes this commission to perfection.

it's amazing how wondergirl is placed so obviously far enough away from, yet just underneath the blades-- the sense of movement and placement is really remarkable. thanks for sharing this!

There is a lot to love about this piece! From the young appearance of the characters to the joyful energy of this pin up! I even got a kick out of the signature being tilted like the waves! Great job, as usual!
