JB and World's Finest is such a great combination!  That's what was so cool about Generations.  JB on Superman & Batman together is a DC dream come true for me.

I think JB said he would rather do Generations again, but using him on the currently published Superman & Batman, especially with its lack of continuity restraints would be fantastic!

Batman's older look. Hadn't seen that in a while.

I like how JB's image is a bit more dramatic -- all manner of hell seems to be collapsing around them.

I imagine the characters' capes are a bit of a pain for the artist in these kind of scenes, potentially obscuring necessary background details -- Superman's particularly.

I think I prefer the expression JB has given Batman here to the original -- he seems kind of more on the ball, totally focussed. I love JB's version of Robin, but here I like the pose of Robin in the original -- the kid is looking very professional there, just getting on with the job in hand, eyes on the stairs!

Good quality Byrne smoke and cinders going on here -- incendiary!

I love seeing the old cover and then JB's take on it.  Super job!

Nice job capturing the feel of the era and making the cover more dynamic.

Wow!  The lighting is dramatic and the anatomy is perfect (especially important considering the awkwardness of Robin's pose)!

Love the idea of re-imagining a vintage cover in JB's style... another 'home run'!!!
(Hope to see more of these!!)
