Revisiting, sorta, the cover of X-MEN 113. Approx 18x24 inches. And, no, I didn't forget the hair on Wolverine's arms. At this vintage, he wasn't showing arm hair when in costume (except on the previous issue, when George Perez drew him that way, and nobody "fixed" it -- my cue to cut loose after I saw it!). So I'll let the customer decide how hirsute our Mr. Logan is to be. After all, easier to add than to subtract!

I love this era of the X-Men. It's when I was first introduced to them.

For my commission (not yet, but I hope to get one someday my finances allow it), I am still hesitating between the FF and the X-Men. Looking at this, I think I'll go with X-Men.

Wonderful piece! The original is one of my favorite covers and it's great seeing a re-imagining/reinterpretation of it.

I know your X-men are more iconic, but I have never seen a better Magneto.

Nice one! Much more dynamic than the original. I'd go for the hairy arms. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice, JB. Enjoy the transportation of Nightcrawler from one are to the next. Always love Banshee. He is one of my favorite characters from your run on the X-Men. I was sorry to see him injure himself and out of the line up.
