My absolute sincerest condolences JB.

I know what it's like to loose a four legged buddy, several time over, and the heartbreak is terrible. It feels as if a piece of you has been torn away, and in truth, it has been.

I wish you all the best, and I sincerely hope the sting will ebb as quickly as possible. Revel in the good memories, and may you find comfort in them.

Those guys really get into our hearts and have a special place there.  Always our friend, and there when we need them. 
I cried when I had to take my cats in for what I knew would be their last ride.  I really am sorry for your loss John.
