Awesome.  This is what Superman is supposed to look like.  Smiling and enjoying himself.

By the way, I don't recall ever seeing you do Clark Kent in a commission before, JB...  I haven't searched the archives as yet though.

This is the Superman I'd like to read about each month. Great job, JB! I would
loveE to see you do a similar take on Billy Batson turning into Captain
Marvel! (Anyone want to make a donation towards the cause?)

I guessed that this would be a Clark Kent commission. But that there is a full Superman included is a great bonus.

I miss your Superman, JB.

Clark's face is just right. Very classic with the hat. I have always loved any visual montage of Clark changing into Superman.

The hat is a nice George Reeves touch, and was specifically requested by the customer. Don't think it would have occurred to me, otherwise!

Up, up and away!   Nice Superman piece.  Simple, sincere and fun. Just the way I like them.

For me, the "ideal/perfect" Superman face has always been Garcia Lopez inked by Dick Giordano, but this really strikes me as the best/most correct Superman  face I have ever seen! A beautiful piece!
