20" x 30" Sandman Montage. Details are:

- portrait orientation

Large central image of Sandman moving toward the viewer with his "sandy" arms and legs splitting the page. Please draw him in the striped green and black shirt and pants from the early Spider-Man comics.

Vignettes are as follows:

- Sandman silhoutted in an explosion for his origin

- Sandman pouring over Spider-Man similar to the cover of Amazing Spider-Man # 4

- Sandman fighting Spider-Man; please have Sandman's hands altered to form a hammer, mace. etc.

- Sandman and the Frightful Four attacking the Fantastic Four

- Sandman in his "head dress" costume fighting the Hulk similar to the cover of Incredible Hulk # 113.

Had the weirdest feeling I was channeling R.Crumb on some of the inks on this one!!

That is very cool!  A cool piece to go with the Dr. Octopus montage.  Love the thread title as well!  Well done, JB!

Awesome!

It is fun reading the customers request and what you then do with it.

Joking aside, Crumb's work always had a furry look to it and that was what I noticed with this piece straight away.

One of my favourite characters! I love Sandman's face in the scene where he's pouring sand over Spidey, so gleefully malevolent!
