I really like the rough unrefined look on this one. It's really got a gritty feel to it.

Yes it looks European. Something about the lips. But JB is much better at proportions.

It kinda reminds me of something out of Heavy Metal.

My thoughts exactly Brett. Either that or Metal Hurlant, possibly even
2000 AD. I love reading those anthologies.

I'm curious JB, how would you compare the PITT color pens to that of
the Prismacolor markers? I ask because I use the Prismacolors
almost exclusively, but if you have to replace more than a few at a
time they can get pricey in a hurry. So I'm constantly looking for a
replacement that's cheaper but I'm not willing to give up the quality.

I haven't used the Prismacolor pens much, so I have no real points of comparison. As noted in my initial post in this thread, I am not really happy with the coverage I get from the PITT pens -- tho that may be as much to do with the paper as anything else.

If I was going to be doing any extensive coloring, obviously I would need to explore further, with different combinations of paper and pen.

Wow!  Really cool, JB -- I don't know about art material, but whatever you used, it worked!
