11" x 17" illo of the Fantastic Four vs. MODOK, Arnim Zola, and his Doughboy. Details are:

- Portrait orientation - Background: on the villains turf (castle, lab, dungeon, whatever you feel is best as it's on the villiains terrain) - Please draw the FF in the black uniforms you designed - Please draw Invisible Womans hairstyle similar to to this commission:

LINK

- Please have clear views of the faces of Arnim Zola's and MODOK

- Please include some damage being done to Doughboy's dough

(Looks like I missed a bit of "texture" on the Torch's left forearm.)

Fantastic job, JB! I wonder what brought my favorite comic book team into
conflict with Arnim Zola and MODOK...

Cool. I'd never seen this Doughboy character before; seems sort of a "DC-ish" character.

Doughboy was a creation of Arnim Zola's, who appeared during Kirby's last run on CAPTAIN AMERICA. This is the shot I printed out from Google.

(Note the little clipped headshot of Sue I lifted from the referenced commission, to be sure I got the hair right.)

Your MODOK always looks very angry and very scary.

I like the way you have the Torch captured in some villainous contraption -- really makes you feel you are jumping on midway through a story. And I want the back issue that lets me read the story!

I know nothing about Doughboy, but you've drawn him very Kirbyesque.

I always thought Doughboy was pretty creepy.  You've certainly captured that!  Love the detail on M.O.D.O.K. and Arnim Zola. Evokes Kirby to a "T".

Incidentally, looking up reference for Doughboy on Google, I came across this image:

Can I really be seeing what I seem to be seeing? The relentless drive toward SAMENESS at Marvel has resulted in even Arnim Zola donning a black leather jacket??

(Hard to imagine the Red Skull admitting he'd need anybody's help to make any plan succeed!)

As if zipping it up would make him look inconspicuous!

Yeah; it's fairly absurd, imo. I see the artist left the scrap of cloth (or whatever it's called) under his belt; which makes the jacket even more absurd.

All he'd need is one of these and his disguise would be complete.
