...I'd like to show this one to myself, circa 1979/80.

I think the request should be self-evident on this! 11x17 inches.

Truth to tell, I only got this request a short while ago, and there are plenty of other pieces on the List ahead of it, but I kept picking at it in my brain, so I thought I'd better shake it out before it festered!!

Nicely done, Chief. I'm sure the circa 1979/80 young buck would be noticeably moved.

Wow! That's my new favorite commission. Oddly enough, my favorite part is Shaw's robe. So many good things though...the sewer sequence is amazing!!

Plenty of others on the list is good news and I bet this is one that clogs Jim's email box with new requests!

I love every bit of it, but for some reason my eye goes right to Leland. Well done, JB.

It should've been impossible to improve on the original Wolverine in the sewer picture...

Awesome and similar in some ways to what I would get if I ever order a "big one".

My now favorite piece of artwork from John Byrne.

Quite a random sample to work from!

Amazing.

Need a hi-res scan for my flash drive to carry with me!

Love seeing JB draw the Hellfire Club again.

Also, like this picture of Woverine in the sewer more than the one that actually appeared in the comic.

What he said.

And here's a word I have used to describe JB's work a few times in the past.

RIDICULOUS!

No one should be able to draw comic book pages so well.

I keep coming back to this after my initial, brilliant comment. I'm going to have to look at it for a lot longer.  It's a beautiful piece. This ranks right up there with the best of the best commissions.
