11" x 17" illo of the Silver-Age Flash racing the Golden-Age Flash; no backgrounds. The details are:

- please have the drawing light-hearted with a sense of competition between the two. Smiling but not laughing. They're having a good time but not giving the other an inch.

Nice!

Jay Garrick here looks like the spitting image (half-visage, anyway) of Randolph Scott.

Looks awesome, JB.  I love the expression on their faces.  The tiny extras like the dust really helps the piece.

Question for JB:  When you've drawn Jay Garrick, are you casting any actor/famous person in particular (or perhaps a combination)?

The smoke/dust from their feet is really cool. No speed lines required, that dust tells us all we need to know.

Nice vibe to the whole piece and I really like the boots! The folds, the tread in the sole, the way the shadows fall under the tops of Jay's boot; they have a real 3-d sense to them.

Looks great! Catches a 60's 'vibe'. Love the expressions, especially that shit-eating grin on Jay Garrick's face. It speaks volumes!
