11" x 17" illo of Spider-Man and Iron Fist vs. Deadpool; the details are:- draw Spider-Man and Iron Fist in their costumes from your run on Marvel Team-Up - draw Iron Fist with fist "powered-up" - please draw Deadpool using swords (rather than firing guns) - include Rog2000 as a background character
Rog2000 can just be a head-shot on a sign or in a window, or he can be full-body; your call; just make sure the focus is on Spider-Man, Iron Fist, and Deadpool. The customer realizes Rog counts as an additional figure; she just wants him included in a subtle manner.
(Note - the top of IF's energy crackle IS on the drawing. The scanner cropped it.)

Well done with the subtle Rog2000!
Let's hope Rog2000 can show up in an IDW comic at some point.
Great commission!

There be some very subtle shifts in line weight to give some great depth to this image. Gratz to the commissioner and way to go, JB!

I love the webbing going from the border to the swords. Excellent execution. ( For some reason, I find myself surprised you drew Deadpool.)

Is Rog2000 walking a pet? Love a good team up commission. Iron Fist and Spider-Man are in great hands.

Deadpool looks great in that commission. I don't recall JB having done the character before. Has he made any appearances in a JB book?

I did the "D" volume of OHOTMU, so he was probably on the cover. Best bet that's the only time I have drawn the character before.

Deadpool wasn't around until about 1990, so this might very well be the first time you've drawn him.
Great commission! Slap a logo on it and I'd buy the heck out of this one when it hit my local comic shop.

Why so many surprised by me drawing Deadpool? Sure, I think he's a stupid character, but that just makes for a challenge! And I've drawn stupid characters before, in commissions. Er. . . haven't I?

"Why so many surprised by me drawing Deadpool?"
Speaking only for myself, I never even imagined it. So, it's a surprise, and a pleasant one at that.
Very very cool.
