Here's a few things from my sketchbooks.

This I drew in my moleskine while on vacation at Disney World. I pulled it out and worked on it while waiting on lines, shows, dinner, etc. It loosly based off some Japan (I think Tokyo) photos I saw on the web.

I drew the streetcar because I've been reading "A Confederacy of Dunces" and Ignatus rides one.

A friend of mine wrote a comic "Drain" about a japanese vampire. I drew this for him as my "European-influenced" take on the main character.

I drew this from memory/imagination while at lunch and I ended up using it on my business cards. An editor at recent con really dug it...

Scott, my candy bar's stuck in that machine!!!

Nice street car, the demons on the floor remind me a bit of Geoff
Darrow--I guess it's really the line work in all of your pieces.

He an influence?

Gary, my style tends to bounce all over, but lately I've been in a Darrow,Quitely, Fisher vibe. That seems to be my 'natural' style, kind of a 'clear line'.

I love JB's 'modern' stuff and I'd love to be able to draw in a looser style with more shading. But somehow my brain/hand doesn't seem to work that way and my cross hatching looks like mush!

Here's something I sent out to comic people I know this Christmas. A little Darrow influence here.

John, what you do with colour is pretty darn neat.  Do you use photoshop or something to do that?
