Nice...reminds me of the time when I came to comics, right before the Korvacs Saga.

Everything about this is awesome--Eric said it best--impossible for me to look at and not immediately smile. Really liked Jarvis in the window. Iron Man armor is perfect (also like how he is coming in from a different direction). The great spirit of adventure that JB brings to these pieces that just shines through. Love it.

I've never noticed the stockiness of Thor's legs, is this something you've always done. He is a stockier character.

Looking at this, although I'm not a huge fan of the safari jacket version of Wonder Man, I realise how much I love that rocket-belt he had. Really cool, has a very swashbuckling feel to it.

Beautiful! I'd read those Avengers' adventures all day long.

Appreciated, tho I do tend to think that Perez guy pretty much owns this version of Mr. McCoy. |

When I was first discovering Marvel comics, I was disappointed whenever Beast was in a comic not drawn by you (same went for Nightcrawler), until he got turned back to this version in the Simonson's X-Factor run.

JB, I'm trying to remember whether you ever drew Captain Marvel in a published comic (as opposed to commissions). I can't think of any story lines where you drew him, but I really like your version.

By the time I came into comics professionally, he'd gone from the short white hair he had when I was "introduced" to him in the Kree/Skrull war, to the mop of long blond hair. I do not care for the latter look, and have avoided drawing it.

I love the way Iron Man is smiling in the piece. One of the great things about comics!
