WOW!  Fantastic news (pun intended)....

IDW did not even hint at anything like this at NYCC - so very, very glad that this is happening!

Edit:  I do not recall seeing that FF logo on any comics.  Wonder why IDW is not using the FF logo from JB's run?  Perhaps this image is just a mock up...hmmmm....

Psyched about this and also glad to see it is pure byrne. I initially
passed on the Romita book, since I was only vaguely aware of it and
weary. I've since learned that much of the artwork reprinted from the
issues selected was John Romita doing very loose pencils with Jim
Mooney doing the heavy lifting.

Flattering, but it would depend on who's doing the buying. After all, from a purely artistic standpoint, what could beat Kubert's TARZAN?

According to what's still available from IDW:

Dave Stevens, John Romita, Walt Simonson are Out of Stock

Joe Kubert, Sergio Aragones, David Mazzucchelli, Wally Wood are still available

Gil Kane - Pre-Order

Dave Stevens has a second print out soon

*spelling...
