Did all four covers this weekend, for the new superhero book thru IDW. This is the one that picks up where TRIO left off. Thought it might be fun to do a MARVEL UNIVERSE style spread, the four linking together.Enjoy!* First issue ships in October, I think. And, no, the title has not been announced yet. __________ * That's an order!

There will also be "alternate" covers for the four issues, as per IDW's policy. Chris Ryall and I talked it over, and decided I should do them in the style of the single figure commissions -- tho one will have two figures, since the team has five members -- with no backgrounds, and the characters filling as much space as I can comfortably contrive.

I've always admired how you use blacks with white hi-lites to define the muscles, not an easy feat to do effectively.

I really enjoy your non super hero book work but I admit I have a soft spot for the super hero stuff. I'm looking forward to seeing the trio turned into a quintet.
