Did you use write-out for the streaks that are supposed to be rain?•• Liquid mask. I prefer not to use white out or razor technique on the commissions.

This is an incredible piece! Amazing detail, mood, and original perspective.
What really nails it for me is the dangling billy club. Gives an extra sense of movement and foreboding.
