For some reason, York images greatly outnumber Sargent images. And this Sargent image has him younger and possibly horizontally flipped.
Here it is with Sargent flipped (or unflipped)

These things seem to work a lot like those Magic Eye pictures, where the image is revealed if one focuses just right. Depending on how my eyes are "set" the image looks like one face or the other. The Cushing/Lee image above, for instance, is completely Cushing -- unless I "flip" my focus, whereupon it becomes completely Lee.
