10 years later, and I'm quite sure this is the only site I frequented back then that I *still* check daily. Without fail.

Thank you, John Byrne, the mods, and all the cool kids who hang around here.

Discovered it in '08, joined later that year, and haven't left since.

Happy 10 years! It's been quite the education!

I just looked at my own JBF "birthday" and was shocked that I first joined up in 2004!  A DECADE ago.  However, when I think about it it does make sense, as I was a regular contributor/JB-follower over on the old AOL message board.  Does anyone else here remember that forum... the "Byrne Ward" I think we called it?

Heard a ton about it, but I didn't come on board until 'round 2000 or so with the Magnus Board.  Roughly 14 years for me.

Happy anniversary to all.  Happy times for Ryan as well!

Ah, yes...the old AOL days..so young, so innocent...so
dial up!I found the Magnus board at some point, but
never participated there - was 2004 the year the board was
originally started, or was that when we "moved" over from
the Net54 board? If so, what year did that start?

Edit - found the old board (and some old names!)...looks
like we were there for a year, starting in May 2003.
Digital is forever!

I think we should have a gala level celebration. I have a friend that works as an assistant manager at a Best Western in Little Rock who'll let us have the dinning room to ourselves from 9:30 to 9:55 on Thursday nights.

Congratulations. Really enjoyed the time spent on here. It can be happy, it can be exasperating but it's always entertaining.

And JB sometimes speaks about a post I wrote - HOW COOL IS THAT? He wrote / drew my favourite comics.

Wow, 10 years... Guess it's time for me to jump in. I've been a lurker since the old Magnus board, but I've never joined in. Instead, I've just sat back and enjoyed the show, and what a show it's been! Year in, and year out, this forum has been one of the best places online to read intelligent, thought provoking, educational and entertaining discussions about the world of comics. JB, you've long been one of my all time favorite creators, and I'd just like to take a moment to say thank you. Thanks for your honesty, your work ethic, and the many, MANY hours of enjoyment your work has brought me, and countless others. You're the best!
