No worries, Darren.  I really appreciate the additions.

I'm sure I've posted these before, but a quick tip on searching the Gallery (using the integrated search feature).

Use uppercase AND or OR between keywords to help narrow your search.

For example, to find all sketches of Wonder Woman:
sketch AND wonder woman

To find all sketches of Wonder Woman or Supergirl:
sketch AND wonder woman OR supergirl

To find all commissions featuring Spider-Man:
commission AND spider-man

To find all commissions featuring both Spider-Man and Batman:
commission AND spider-man AND batman

To find all DC original art covers:
original art AND dc AND cover

To find all Marvel original art splash pages:
original art AND marvel AND splash

Nobody makes Wanda look stunning and demure at the same time like JB.

Dr. Strange and Clea serve only to make me sad that I'll never see a John Byrne Dr. Strange ongoing title. I loved his appearances in Namor. *sigh*

I wish John Bryne had a chance to do a run of Iron Man issues.  I remember his short run on Incredible Hulk in 1986...and I wonder what could have been if he was allowed to stay on the title for a hundred issues.

Really cool stuff posted in this thread. Now I ask myself, why didn't I get a con sketch back in the 80's. Rats.

Love the Visions cover with Thor. There is no denying Neal Adams had an influence on JB. The Doc Strange and Clea pencil sketch is another favorite of mine in this thread. I find it interesting that despite the various media and periods in JB's career represented by this thread, everything is distinctly Byrne. As if his art has a dialect all its own.

Beautiful, beautiful artwork! No one draws Storm like Mr. Byrne!

Looking at that Thor on the previous page, you could really pull off a great Neal Adams, JB. You may even could've given Sienkiewicz a run for his money.

Sorry for the crummy ipod pics, but my scanner is being a jerk.
This Tale and Tape is from 1995. 'Attack of the Elementals'.

The comic page was drawn by Dick Giordano.
You could fill in the dialogue balloons and send it in to get it published on DC Comics online (if you had access to America Online -1995 remember!)

I noticed this was a story adapted from Roger Stern (him again!) and it was clear to me why JB got involved.

This thread reminded me that one of the original art pages I own is Generations #3, page 2, which has this drawn on the back:
