On his FB page, Simonson said only the first few pages are sans inks; the rest
of it is traditionally inked.

I thought that MIGHT be the case. Thanks for the info.

Charles, if the series is a big seller, it doesn't take much of an
imagination to think that IDW would do an Artist's Edition. They've
already done his THOR and a STARSLAMMERS AE is supposed to
be on the way. Just judging by what I've seen, I'd definitely buy a
copy. I'm not on his Facebook, can anyone ask what size he's working
on?

NICE! Actual DRAWING!!  Something I TRULY miss in comics, so much of what is out there today is "coloring book" style meant to showcase computer coloring (which is not bad in and of itself, just in how it is too often utilized).
