Visceral action foreshortening is a lost art, not many current artists can do it well. It's a crime that you don't do mainstream superhero comics anymore.

Great piece!

Wow! This makes me eager to see a Power Man and Iron Fist (with Misty
Knight and Colleen Wing) commission!

That left leg/ foot is so badass. It's stuff like that that made me want to learn to draw in the first place.

Iron "Foot" ! Too cool. Seeing a JB Iron Fist is like seeing an old friend , he is the first character that had me saying "who drew that?"

Foreshortening is one of those things that I could never master to the
point of deciding that I should pick a different career.

Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful.

Quite possibly the best illustration of Iron Fist ever.

======
That's the problem with many of today's "mainstream" comicbook
artists. The ones that try for realistic art find that extreme
foreshortening doesn't work well with the style. Others draw pretty
pictures but really have little concept on how to tell a story.

Guys like JB, Alan Davis, Walt Simonson and John Jr. are excellent
artists but, IMO, are storytellers first.
