Nothing exciting. Denny O'Neil, who was the editor, called me up one day and asked if I had three or four issues worth of Batman stories (or story) in my head.

Well, it could have proven lethal if Batman forgot to remove the dagger before he put the cape in cowl back on. Always one step ahead, that Larry King...

One of my favorite Batman stories.  I enjoyed that era.

That's actually the first Batman comic I bought in a candy store with my own money! Thank you, JB for such great memories.
