Wonder Woman sitting on the motorcycle is an impossible position.

Below the "covers" there's a headline for an "Incredibly Cool MAN OF STEEL Style Supergirl Costume."

Which pretty much declares the battle lost.

The first two are semi-appropriate -- although I did briefly get hung up on, "Why is Wonder Woman bare foot?" -- but it's all downhill from there.  I hate to be a grump about something that is apparently just an attempt at whimsy, but there's no effort at cohesion with these pieces.

These remind me of the old Counterfeit Mini Cooper ad campaign. Concerned only with the look and not the substance. That campaign was great.

This is fan art.  Maybe the topic header should be changed to reflect that, since some people in the comments seem to think these are authorized by DC.

How are these radically different from what DC has produced?

Sad that people clearly don't know Rockwell's style when they think they see it.

They aren't, but that Poison Ivy cover wouldn't see print, content-wise.  The addition of the Saturday Evening Post dress to the covers is pretty arbitrary, though, since these aren't really catching the spirit, poses, or anything beyond a basic surface imitation of Rockwell's art.

Kaare Andrews did this riff on Rockwell for a Hulk cover about ten years ago, and did a much better job of it:

As did JB (as a commission piece):

"Much better job of it"?

How so? The Andrews artwork invokes Rockwell even LESS than Ruis Burgos, and there's all sorts of wrong about that Hulk picture, if we're expected to believe it's of "1958" vintage...

...from Samson's long hair to $5.95 spaghetti???

I'm not sure why they dated it "'58," but that's what Hulk and Doc Samson looked like in the Hulk comic that month.  Kaare did a nice job capturing the spirit and the humor of the original Rockwell piece.
