panels above suggest it was a Doombot that
Hawkeye mistook for the Scarlett Witch.
I'm seeing something akin to Bugs Bunny
with eyelashes and a skirt.
........

No it is referencing an issue of the
Avengers where Hawkeye went looking for
Wanda and found her, but she was powerless
and had no memory of a super life.   In
that story he did find her and she was a
real person.   I believe another writer
changed that Wanda into a robot.

i love Simonson, but i never read those FF's. i cant get behind that armor. at least with Doom's old armore it looked feasible he could fully move around (fully articulated!) but that just doesnt work - the chest plate alone. in high school i did a project on armor with illustrations on all the different pieces, thats kind of why im saying this.
